Cost of building a WC - toilet

I have a brand new house under contsruction , we decided to add an extra toilet . Builder is asking for 15K extra for building this toilet , is this a fair price , appreciate your feedback

If its a hole out in the back yard, possibly not !

So much depends on where you are putting it and what else needs to be changed. It also depends on the contract you have with him, do you have any choice to use anyone else ?

ask him for a breakdown that shows costs and margins

is there drainage involved what is the floor construction just the toilet? or are there walls and doors?
