Hi Keys, I'm after my first property. Something where I see myself living in for two years(due to KiwiSaver), but with good rental potential for later. 2-3 bedroom, upto or around $350k depending on the house. Preferably properties in/near CBD or towards Avonhead, Hornby, Halswell sides of chch. Thanks!
