Mortgage calculator

I'm looking at doing a mortgage deal with a family member and wondered if anyone had access to a mortgage calculator that can keep track of the principal and interest payments? Just what it to ri-jig the repayments if we pay off extra capital, etc.

I was keen for something a bit more complex than that. Something I can record my payments against that tracks the progress and if I pay off extra (which I'd plan to do) how it impacts the interest, etc. e
