In short
Student rental - 1 year fixed.
Expires 8th Feb.
Everyone moved out 4-6 weeks ago but all still pay the rent.
The LL was asked if they could stop and were told no (fair enough fixed is fixed!).
Now find that the LL has had painters in - no notice or advice to the tenants.
Does this mean the LL has taken the property back?
What should the tenants go to the TT for?
Ideally they'd like to stop paying rent from the time the painters moved in.
