Tenants have abandoned property with about a garage load of rubbish and discarded personal property. The value will be less than disposal/storage costs.
I know where they have moved to.
I have a tenancy tribunal hearing next week to rule on abandoned goods/end tenancy.
These people have a history (evidenced by tribunal decisions under different names) of abandoning goods. They are on the benefit and I can see thousands of dollars of previous judgements against them so I will hardly see a cent and want to reduce my costs in dealing with the clean up.
What would be my chances in being allowed to simply arrange for delivery of all their junk to their property? Has any one done this before?
Thanks all
