I understand that this may differ substantially amongst you all, but when purchasing a typical freehold 3 or 4 bedroom house and calculating average annual expenses, what sort of rough figures do you use for: maintenance, property management, insurance etc.
Note that I am not talking about expenses involved with the actual purchase (lawyer fees, loan application fees etc), just the annual running costs of owning a rental property.
