Tauranga Zoning 9A

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to search in the Tauranga District plan what the zoning 9a relates to?

My intention is to find properties with the possibility of subdividing in the future, and am trying to get an idea of Tauranga zoning laws regarding this.

Any help appreciated

They directed me to the city plan. I've searched in there but cannot find anything specific!

That's slack! In Auckland they actually helpful.
Try to call again and ask to talk to a planer... Tell them you can't read!
