Bottom line is I thought this site was for the support of investors from fellow investors.
Going by the replies realise its a divison of tenancy services.
Long term tenants say just as much about the landlord as the tenant, you do not retain long term
tenants by being a slack landlord.
The tenants son continuing to use the garage was not up for discussion if you went by my original
post. Just plain ridiculous to open oneself up to potentially have 8 garages sublet by non tenants.
Most on here are grain cutters - say something black and you come in and say its white
to try and get a rise. The constant decline in traffic rank of this site speaks volumes.

In the end I suppose the solution is all about adding up all the energy and grief involved,and taking the course of action that hopefully adds up to the least of both. eh?
