Hello everyone! I`m looking for some overseas property and discuss my needs with huge amount of people daily - agents, brokers, owners etc. As it my first experience, I want to know some expert opinion regarding working directly with property owners to save additional cost (fee) of mediators. Have you bought any real estate directly?

I have found some information regarding price tendency in Spain from Tranio source, but I can`t still choose the best region from investment point of view.
