when I saw the cover I was 100% sure you will be in it :P

Well the latest issues were about:
1) Chinese women married to Kiwi men successful at property
2) Chinese men successful at property outside of Auckland

I guess I didn't fit in

Besides, I got no services to sell, so I don't need the extra publicity by being on the magazine.

I thought Joanne should have disclosed she's a mortgage broker with Squirrel Mortgages, that would have helped her business.

Anyways, I'm not the type who takes the magazine picture of themselves and plaster all over their facebook and profile picture etc.

Besides, Ron has at least a dozen students who are more successful than I am who deserve to be on the magazine before I do
