    Hi there

Just interested in hearing peoples experiences and opinions on becoming a social housing provider? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

    Thanks in advance.

No way. read the paper for all the bleeding heart stories and the tenants are so "poor" they can't afford electricity/kids shoes/weet-bix ...... and rent. Not all but some are vagrant and smash the place up, others party all night so fat chance of getting decent tenants next door haha

There are no cons. The benefits you get from government and the lac k of accountability over what you actually do make it a license to print money. It is becoming a rort because it can't be managed properly.
          Government funded lolly scramble.
