Gas pipe and easement removal from property title
Anyone have experience with getting a gas pipe removed from your property and then removing the easement from the title of the property?
Long story short. Gas comes from street through our property feeding sections at back and then joining up with gas on the street in front of their sections.
Communicating with vector at the minute.
Reason for doing it is so we have more freedom in what and where we can build on our property e.g. Swimming pool,garage...etc
