Self managed property?

I am thinking about self managing a property I have. I have found a few companies that can help with listing the property on realestate dot com etc.....the one I am looking to go with is shortcuthome dot com - has anyone used them before?

Well that escalated quickly...fyi there's a UK subforum you can use which is just as good and probably more relevant to your needs.
