I don't think so AMR. I also have no idea who Shane is but if I was Shane I would be most upset with Bluekiwi for trying to "out" him when he is obviously not wanting to be identified.
Very bad behaviour form Blue quite out of character for him.

I'm looking into doing a minor dwelling in Hamilton. I believe they are termed "ancillary residential unit" down there. My options are: 1) relocate a building, 2) new build or 3) convert a large existing shed. Any thoughts on the best option? I'm aiming to keep my costs as low as possible.
The property is on a septic tank. Has anyone done a minor dwelling with an existing septic tank and any issues?
The other option is to move a portacom onto the site and rent it. Any issues with this approach?
