My Bosch died after 13 trouble free years of daily use, not a bad run i feel, i replaced it with a new top hole Bosch on sale for $1650, the repair for the old one was going to cost $750

My Asko is in its 20th year.
Repaired twice about $400 each time, but my own fault because I ran it for a week
with water nearly turned off after a holiday, cooked motor and main board.
Been expecting it to croak for last couple of years.
Got a new Haier at work, it is so flimsy, can’t see it lasting more than couple of years.

Yeah Bosch a great make.
Mate said his LG built like a tank, not sure of age but its old school.
LG is what I would be going for - best value for money. (Probably
the reason LG has taken aussie by storm)
Use to think LG was cheap rubbish till bought an LG smartphone,
just traded up to their flagship G3 32GB (off pricespy) what a phone !
Got LG smart TV (shame the kartel TVNZ is running with On Demand only
working on the inferior quality ******* but was not going to be forced
into buying ******* - no doubt change in time - till then mysky does the job)
