I'm 26, my wife is 27. We own two rental properties in Auckland.
I've read all the property books Auckland Library offers, I've been to the odd seminar, I read magazines, blogs and forums, I network with a few property investors, I ask questions of accountants, property mangers, etc.
I feel I've got to the point where I know most of the things I want to know to follow our simple buy and hold no frills strategy.
Where do we go from here? How do I continue to learn? We have no interest in flipping houses, rent to own, options or anything like that.
So what next? (Or is the answer, do nothing but continue to follow your no frills buy and hold strategy and be patient?)
