Just joined the forum. Looking for some advice/information on the Polish property market. Have been to Gdansk once before (long time ago). Very nice place and doing some research on potential investment there.
Seems to be good value compared to where I live in the South of England. Just read an article on New Europe Investor and 80k sterling would go a long way. pm me for the link - very interesting
Anyone have any idea on the market there. Initial research has led me to a crazy property bubble on wiki
