Insurance for rental apartment

Hi - I own a 1 bdrm inner city apartment in Auckland that I've moved out of and am keeping as a rental. What type of insurance are landlords of similar properties going for? Any good recommendations? Most options I can find online seem better suited for free standing houses.

Isn't insurance included in the body corp fee?

I don't get any insurance with my apartments, as the building should be covered by the body corporate's insurance and so I think only the contents + loss of rent insurance which would potentially be viable.
