Website host

Does anyone have experience with setting up a small business site? I'm trying to decide with host to use but not very familiar. I found 1&1 which seem quite user friendly http://website.1and1.co.uk/website-builder but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them?

If you're in NZ, you should be using a NZ-based web host. Also suggest you avoid the website builders as they are generally rubbish. If you want to be found for anything other than your business name, you'd be better of getting a web designer to build it for you.
