I'm wondering what people know about property in and around Manchester. I've seen some houses in Cheadle that I like but I'm trying to get an idea of what prices are compared to other areas etc.

Are these prices common for all areas in Manchester? Is it significantly more expensive to live in the centre of Manchester?

Hi, I have good experience with houses in the North of Manchester owned by Muslims. I don't why, but they where somehow indulgent like they could not wait to get rid of the house -> lower price.
