should buyers pay for vendor's agent's commission when the sale didnt go through?

        It doesn't matter where the area is. If I was to pay the 10% deposit then I would have paid around $23k. What I'm trying to say is you could strike out where it says 10% deposit to the agent's Trust account and instead write down any figure you prefer. In my case, O wrote down only $1K.
