Anyone know a property management company in auckland that manages 'room by room' or boarding house tenancies?

I looked at these and asked the same question a few years back now.

I basically found out that they avoid them like the plague.
So no.

It was suggested to me:
1. That I start up my own business to fill the gap.
2. That you rent free to someone who collects the rent.
3. If you do it yourself its a full time job.
4. Dangers on room by rooms are that they are indeed treated as a boarding house.
5. Boarding house encompass's a text book sized set of rules and requirements that entail a lot of expensive building work and the possibility that you may or may not be able to comply anyway.
