Yep, Winston stands for.... Winston!
He said no to the baubles of office, then grabbed them with both hands. Then he held up the sign that said 'NO' when the answer was actually 'yes'.
So you'd have to be nuts to vote for him. But of course everyone, even the seminar-sellers speak some truth in amongst the sales-spiel. And so I think his idea - his idea to copy Australia's idea that is - to limit offshore buyers is a good one.
But hey, now that I've been permanently emotionally scarred by developing, and own some residential property, I disagree - roll on the Chinese!Squadly dinky do!

There is a lot of RE marketing aimed at foreigners. I personally know of quite a few large farms (10,000+ha) owned by the Aussies, Italians and Chinese and I don't know that many big farms / farmers.
