It's hard to tell where they are etc.
Just heard on the radio before how Chinese are desperate to get their money out of China. To protect it.
And so they're buying in other countries without much regard to yield etc. Just wanna have it safe.
This is pumping up our real estate market for sure. And it might not end happily...Squadly dinky do! -
Chinese are buying up in USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, NZ etc.

Well these offshore rich buyers are still a small majority of buyers out there, and most of them are buying higher end houses anyways.Comment
