I was wondering if you could share with me the name of your US real estate attorney, someone who has really impressed you with their knowledge of the US system and made investing simpler for non-resident aliens.

I was thinking of using Richard S. Lehman in Florida. Anyone ever use or heard of him?

You don't really need an attorney for real estate transactions. Why do you want one and which state are you looking at buying in?
Normally title and escrow companies can handle acquisition and disposal for you.
