currently I live in Sydney, but might move to Europe in a few months time.
I still own our family house which is rented. I also own 2 investment properties: one unit and one standalone house.
The equity is quite high. Over 60%. The yield on the family house is very large and it is covering every single cost of all three properties, this includes, water, maintenance, rates, etc. From the other two properties there is some left over too.
I am looking at investing into a house on Browns Bay that I would like to rent out as well. It is a 3 bdr standard , nothing fancy type house.
How would I get involved from a new loan / bank / lawyers sort of thing from overseas. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Basically I would like to buy this, but without making a trip to NZ for a while.
