I said well are you at least going to come back to finish it, I need the gravel exposed to give it a rough surface so that it looks like the rest of the driveway. No he said, Im too scared to touch it further incase it does the same thing as last time..
I said its on a steepish driveway. Having it smooth is not a good idea.. But no he says, he doesn't want to touch it further and risk the same thing happening..
so he's done and dusted and gone.
Ok, looks like Im going to have to finish it...
Guys, its been years since I have done any concreting and even then it was only large construction sites.. Can some one point me in the right direction with this..
Should I go out with a broom and hose, give it a very light spray down and lighty drag the broom over the drive to give it that rough gravel finish? And how long should I leave it before doing that? Am I on the right track here?
