Hello,
New to this forum and am investing in several lower end apartments in the central city Auckland, (one or two bedroom shoe boxes). I have been looking around and keeping my eye on a few properties, in the cheaper end with higher yields and low BC fees. Many of the buildings are shoe box typical Conrad Properties multiplexes such as The Volt, Zest, Harvard on Hobson, Altitude and The Federal. At the moment it seems, rental prices are high, and the apartments are really beginning to increase in price, especially over the last 3 months.
Does anyone have any insight on these buildings and heard any reviews? A couple of the agents are hesitant to give me the building managers report, which should be attached to the minutes anyway.
If anyone has any recommendations on low end, freehold non-leaky buildings/apartments within the city it would be greatly appreciated, there is a lot of research involved!
Thank you.
