  • Six signs of an asset bubble

    07/02/2013

What do tulips, car licence plates and ostriches have in common?

I'm not sure why that author mentioned the housing market in the final paragraphs.
Five of his six signs don't apply to housing and I'm not sure if easy credit is applicable today.
    A rather odd article.

I once spoke to a lady who was planning to invest $250k in licence plates... told her it would be quicker to hand it out in the mall.

Obvious answer - the ratepayer and/or the taxpayer of course.

They always do, directly or indirectly. That's the New Zealand way.

After all, they are infinitely rich.
