Software for commercial property management. Does it work?

Hello! I would like to know if anyone has implemented software like commercial property management software Arenda for retail. I want to find good software solution for retail real estate management, and find it abroad. I was heard it is more cheaper. If anyone know good software for shopping malls please respond

PIMS Property Management is a cloud based commercial property management software. It is currently used to manage the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds, which is a large shopping mall with multiple retail facilities.

It's interface is fairly simple and it is also cloud based allowing multiple people to work on it, which is very useful for larger commercial property projects.
