      the joys of public transport

maybe the french girls were drunkenly? singing loudly and happily?

much better than drunkenly violent and vomiting young aussies who are already regularly using the buses

and what of all the nutcases on the buses and hanging around parks, talking to themselves and glaring at people

should they be threatened with boxcutters and have their windows broken?

Wow, it was quite extreme. Obviously, it was kind of disrespectful for French women to sing their anthem, but still the people' reaction was too wild. Unfortunately, xenophobia is well and alive.

Both sides contributed to the situation. They were all chest thumping. They should have just talked like adults and avoid all those insults. We all deserve some dignity regardless of our race/gender/culture.
