Mortgage repayments calculator and tracker

Hi all,
I have a simple to use excel mortgage repayments calculator and tracker.
It can calculate your monthly or fortnightly payments if you are looking for a loan.
It can also track you mortgage balance at any given date keeping your bank(s) honest.
It will also work if you have made lumpsum payments.
It will work for either fixed term or floating rates.

There's no problem with leaving an e-mail address
