Hi
The way I have set up my system to get tenants for my first IP is that.... they may view from the roadside if they want but they must
fill in the T.I.N.Z application online before they can be invited to view inside.
I did it so that I would be able to weed out unsuitable applicants before I invited the rest to view inside.
But now I am wondering...would you bother applying for a rental when you had not even been inside yet?
But then if you really wanted the rental you would apply then you can always say "no good" after viewing inside.
I am just trying to see things from the prospective tenants point of view as I don't want to scare off good applicants by having
a complicated system of applying.
What do you guys think ?
Richard
