How can i determine the value of my home property? is there any easy procedure?

There are many ways:

1) Guess, compare with neighbours
2) Ask two local agents, take the lesser amount, take further 10% off (they always overshoot to get your listing
3) Pay $50 on qv.co.nz for eValuer
4) Pay $400 for a registered valuation
5) Sell the house (the ultimate test for valuing a property)

Only a proper full Registered valuation can be the closest thing you can use, but the suggestions above are options which would give you a broad range. but nothing you can take to the bank.
