    Default Ecoaching Review

    Hi

I'm new here and got a question straight off the bat.

I've just stumbled onto a site which is propertyinvestorcentre which offers a 12module ecoaching course.

It cost $3697 which is pretty expensive for my budget but it looks to be a pretty thorough course.

Has anyone tried it or have any opinions?

Also would anyone recommend anything better?

Just spend some (a lot of) time on here, use the search function, and you'll get a very good grounding in the whole deal. Save the 3k towards a deposit.

But then my missus says I'm a tight-arse, so this advice is worth what you paid for it.

I agree, just get books out of the library and join your local property investors group and chat to people. Most of these people make their money by teaching these courses. If they were really making a killing in real estate why arent they focusing on making their money through that?

Yeh I think your all right, there is convenience in having in all in a single package but reading books and browsing the next will definitely save me some cash.

I have done the eCoaching course.Probably the best money I have ever spent.
Am now in a significantly better financial position,as well as knowing a hell of a
lot more about property investing.I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Have also heard of some great results from this e-coaching mentoring.

No flashy suits and seminars, these guys are hands on at the coal-face.

    Hello Muppet.
Since doing the eCoaching in late 2010,I have purchased 8 positive cashflow
properties in good areas ,all at least 20% below registered valuation.
Having these guys available to advise on any questions/problems was invaluable

If the Clint Taylor from the PropertyInvestorCentre is the same guy who posted here a few years back as Clint T, I wasn't impressed

While it's true that he may have turned over a new leaf, I think you'd have to tread carefully and do your own research.

Regardless of if it's the same guy or not, I recommend you spend some time reading books, either buy or from the library, surfing the web and join your local property investor association. IMHO you'll get much better value for money

    Cheers

    EDIT....
LOLZ..... I just went back and checked and yes Clint T from a few years back and Clint Taylor from PropertyInvestorCentre are one and the same........As John T Reed would say "I do not recommend"
