    That's a fairly old story Eri. The shadow inventory is largely gone now in lots of markets. Certainly here the banks that used to have literally hundreds or thousands of foreclosed houses only have vacant land left now.

              It's a good time to buy I hear.. and you need to follow the local economy prior to deciding to invest.
              the investors that i know are happy with their investments and some already seen capital growth.
