Best Spots for Positive Cash Flow Properties in NZ?

I focus on positive cash flow properties in my portfolio. Just curious does anyone know where to find them in NZ? Which areas tend to have them?

Well, anywhere is possible, if you looking for positive cash flow properties in Auckland, you probably will have better chance finding them in South Auckland. You can always buy a property with the potential to increase its rental yields by adding sleepouts , minor dwellings ect.

Mangere East could be a new spot to get cash flow and possibly some capital gain, without so much of the riff raf you get in south (er) auckland

Dunedin is well worth a look ..good yields
shouldn't be hard to find a good house close to CBD 8-9% yield
