    About Our Panelists

    Sharon Trafford


    Sharon and husband Mark Trafford are owner managers of Renovate To Profit and Maintain To Profit. haron and Mark Trafford have been successfully renovating & maintaining all types of properties for over 20 years in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand, learning with each new challenge the power of great service. Mark has worked within the building industry for over 20 years and in recent times has spent 3 years running one of the largest kitchen companies in New Zealand. When it comes to renovation and maintenance Mark has seen & done it all.

    Sharon has an accountancy background but her true passion lies in the transformation of old to new. She is the financial backbone of the business ensuring that renovation jobs are completed on budget, on time, every time and ensuring that our clients get the best prices and value for their investment with a flair for 'what works'.



    Roger Clist

    Roger Clist, formerly of Glen Eden and now living in Henderson Valley, is a retired scientist/engineer and spare-time property investor with a portfolio of 14 tenancies in the West Auckland suburbs of New Lynn, Glen Eden, Glendene and Ranui. He is author of well-known books "Working Landlord, Happy Tenants" and "Mr Landlord, Mr Fix-it" which relate his experiences and provide advice with management of residential tenancies and the maintenance of such properties. At present Roger has a builder and painter doing minor repairs and freshening up the exterior of two blocks of flats.



    Ron Hoy Fong

    Ron needs no further introduction within the Auckland property circle. A successful property investor who has a knack for renovating to maximise profits, Ron is a knowledgeable and entertaining speaker who draws from years of property experience.
