Don't invest blindfolded in the USA property market

Great constructive input so where in the USA do you recomend? I here Texas is doing well and in some ways I would have liked to invest in Dallas. Could you share some insights into the Usa with us. Its a very big country with some very different dynamics to here in NZ. I am all ways interested in constructive input. Reagrds Ben

Wouldn't the obvious cities be the big winners? Last to drop first to recover etc.

Thanks a lot for great advice, I really got agreed with your points and yes this is true that nowday we don't do much analysis before doing any investment by watching the present senario. We just don't even think about the future wheather it going to give us profit or not. Research & past analysis is very important as i concern.
