One for the experienced. How long could it take to earn $20m net equity. If you could rewind time and keep the knowledge you have now learnt as a property investor, how would you go about doing this challenge? What hard rules and advice would you give your 20 year old self.

I suppose one of the most important things to achieve that $20m net equity is to go for very high growth properties, and to go for a number of them - that's one way I see for achieving that goal
