do you get bond top-ups along with rent increases?

Mind you. I start off with four weeks for bond and therefore have a buffer for the stated minimum three weeks bond.

I don't, but it sounds like a good idea. I didn't know you could, but RTA 1986 (1(2) mentions that it's allowed (as long as you don't exceed 4 weeks).
When increasing the bond, what form do you use? Given that it's not a lodgement, not a refund, and the tenant and agent are not changing.

Bond lodgement form. Send it in. Never had a complaint that I've collected too much bond.
