CF+ Property Investing Video

Hey, I was asking around about questions of positive cash flow properties, and was directed to the video above. It was really helpful because it was a 1 hour + video, and gives some really useful tips.

It's a good start, although I still am trying to find out other info about CF+ investing strategy.

i've found some other youtube vids online as well from Margaret Lomas and some from Terry Ryder - they give some very good little tips in their videos (but not so much though)
