    Default Financial or Property Planner

I have a few investment properties and I would like to end up with a certain amount of passive income which is my end goal. I am looking for recommendations for a financial planner who can help me achieve this goal within my timeframe. I’m looking for someone who can come up with a
Written Financial Plan which I can then work on (like buying further properties, reducing debt etc). Any recommendations will be much appreciated. Thanks

What is the income now ,what is your goal and how many years are you wanting to achieve it in ?

That is private information which I would rather not discuss here. I am merely looking for financial planner recommendations. Thanks

    You could try
    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...r3tJdsc5LFqUAf
Olly Newman run courses . The introduction course is complimentary (he likes small industrial property $5m to $10m and medium size hotels $50m +)
Most financial planners do not do properties.
If you are having the properties funded then talk to Colliers (Colliers international Real Estate) debt advisory Chelsea Herbert . She will advise on the debt Management
Their fees are .25 to .83%.
