Agent doesnt send agreement

Hi
We signed renew of the lease agreement for 1 more year, and returned to tr RE office
14 days passed, we didnt get the agreement back signed by the RE.
Emailed her, she said she will resend.
Now 14 days passed, still nothing.

What our options? To be honest i don,t mind to cancel the whole thing

If you don't get the signed agreement back in time and your original fixed term date has expired, the fixed term automatically reverts to a periodic term, and you can give them 21 days notice.

These are things that make agents look bad in some sectors... Best be careful who to deal to.
Just thought that, no hope that this does not happen to others.

I'd suggest you try contacting them ongoingly, including phone and email. Keep written records of the dates and times of when you contacted - so that you have proof if needed later.As

For the 21 days notice, make sure you do it in written form (email or letter you send)

Awesome! Have any other real estate agents do the same thing to you again? Seriously, Investment Guru is correct how some agents make great agents look bad. It puts down the whole aspect of looking for a real estate agent.
