Yes I'm sick of it too to be honest.

I was gonna spill the beans, but never mind, this thread will get shut down soon.

    Agreed

content was interesting, but started to lose interest as fast as in the inbox filled up. Some ideas but not new.

Recently hit the unsubscribe button which magically brought it to an end!

I have actually enjoyed his "cashflow positive properties" strategies video series. David's partner defintley is aiming these videos at novices so some the calcualtions can get tedious but I personally feel his strategy is sound and just happens to fit perfectly the direction my PI strategy is heading.

My only pet peeve is he uses a Home and Income build example he purchased in 2003 so the numbers are totally not realistic in today's market. for example his all-up build cost for the minor dwelling is $110k. Today those costs have blown out to around $160k - $170k with council fees etc.

Its being spammed from his sign up website, but also coming from APIA, property billboard, and someone else.
I am up to page 3 on his book but I feel like burning it at the moment as seeing his face makes me want to puke all of sudden.

What's a little desperate spam marketing between friends?

And besides why not us the heck out of the APIA list, it's been bought and paid for.

    Come on guys...

Just learn from him, don't you want to be paid $6,000 for learning about property investing?

Surely he should be thrown out of the APIA for this ? a direct conflict of interests abusing their mailing list like this I would have thought ? :-)

Just like what you did letfus aka postive_thinking aka poooma aka [email protected], when you emailed another group emailing list ie your internet "snipr" product without their approval.

BTW Whats the weather like in Fiji?
Does the samosas taste good today?
