Have some real dropkick tenants who seem to disappear at the drop of a hat. Anyway I need them to sign up with a new property manager (i.e. give him their bank account details etc) as I am off overseas in a month and don't want any dramas with rent etc. They have not responded to his phone calls however they have contacted me through facebook about other matters. They are actively avoiding the new property manager and because they aren't around at the moment (They are in Auckland and we are in Wellington) he can't get to meet him. Are they breaking any rules/laws by doing so? I need them to contact him ASAP. They won't tell me when they are coming back either. What should I do-any ideas?

What is the PM doing? Me? I'd put the required paperwork in place and whip them off to the TT for mediation first and eviction second if they don't play ball. Why do you want to keep them? I understand that Auckland is buzzing at the moment.Last edited by Keys; 15-11-2011, 07:03 AM.

*sigh*
Your new PM writes them the required letter. Then, when rent is not paid .........
