APIA and NZ Wealth Mentor are pleased the October keynote meeting featuring both his Hon Phil Heatley, Minister of Housing and Labour’s Economic Development and Associate Finance Spokesperson, his Hon David Parker. Both speakers will be addresing property investors about what the Government and the Labour Party's plans for property investors are. This will include views on Capital Gains Tax, and future tax changes that could affect property investors.
