Default QV $15 E-Valuer Report today on TreatMe - worth getting?

Usually $44.95. Cheap but is it likely to bear much relationship to market value. I am shortly putting the property on the market via private sale and plan to get a registered valuation in any case. I have been following sales in the area for a few months so have a general idea of values.

Would be interested to hear of recent experiences with QV reports.

    For $15 sure.

If it supports your price then include it in the package you have on the table for purchasers to view.

If it doesn't...(which is likely)...throw it away.

PS: I must check out this TreatMe site...sounds interesting.

TreatMe is amazing if you have regular brazilians or want to decorate your place with photo-on-canvas art. Otherwise, so-so. Still, worth signng up for the emails each day, you never know ...

As we all know, there is nothing like a regular Friday night Brazilian.

Bear in mind valuations can be a little rough in a fast moving market. I have had a couple of clients lately who have missed out on auction properties because the bidding went past the registered valuation.

Wow! I have been out of the game too long...

I was not aware the market was moving fast. Please do fill me in. Should I fire up the fax and esspresso machines?

Quality properties in good areas in Akl are selling very fast and for good coin at the moment, multi-offers are common and people are paying too much due to a lack of stock from what I can see.

    Thanks Frazer,

What do you consider "fast" and "good coin" compared to what?

Fast - just sold one in 2 days. Good properties are selling in a week.
Good coin - above their value.
