With the election deadline (30th September 2011) looming for existing LAQCs, APIA has put on a special one off seminar to help LAQC owners decide the best course of action leading up to the 30th of September.
This seminar will be a joint presentation by Ann Loudon, APIA Treasurer and Director of StreetSMART Accountants Ltd and Amanda Watt, APIA Board Member and Associate Principal (Business Advisory) of WHK.

* Recap the new tax rules re LAQC introduced back in April 2011;
* Go through the options available for LAQC owners before 30th September 2011;
* Explain the new LTC structure and its eligibility criteria and transitional rules;
* What to do if you would rather transition into a sole trader, partnership or limited partnership;
* What happens if you remain a qualifying company?; and
* Answer your questions
