laqc - filing a Nil return

I have a company which was a LAQC prior to the first of April 2011. I did not do any trading in the 2011 financial year, am wondering if somebody can shed some advice on what IR form I need to use to do it? cheers

You need to complete an IR4. Just put zero's in all the boxes obviously.
